We understand you have a life outside work and sometimes life gets in the way but if you work hard within the company the company will look after you. With time in lieu, last minute appointments or family commitments we can give you the freedom to work and live.
Working with the team
With 2 plastering squads and 1 tiling squad, you might fit right in along side a current team or if you have enough experience and are capable we will supply you with a company van, clothing, tools and you can run your own jobs.
We run on the basis of 40 hours per week 28 days holiday per year and overtime at time and half, with bonuses agreed on some jobs too.
2 team days per year consist of a BBQ in the summer and clay pigeon shooting before Christmas break.
